Definition for : Equity-linked securities
Equity-linked securities are Hybrid securities paying a fixed Coupon rate. Equity-linked securities are Debt securities whose Realised rate will depend on the performance of the shares of the issuer (like Convertible bonds) or of a third company (like Exchangeable bonds).
